Let's start off by saying "hats off" to the team at Carpe.
I live in Canada, and I had to order this item from the US. This was also my first time ordering items from the US. At first, I had no clue how the shipping process worked to get the parcel from the US to Canada, so I emailed and phoned the team at Carpe, and they were nice enough to provide me information on the process of how it would get to Canada and what was happening to my parcel at the moment.
When my parcel reached Canada, it went through a process at customs and was eventually handed over to a Canadian carrier that was responsible for delivering it. That company that was responsible for my delivery did me wrong on the day it was supposed to be delivered. They claimed to have delivered my parcel to the front door step of my house at the specified time, but I had to watch the security camera footage for about an hour to see what was happening from the start of the day until the time they said they delivered my parcel to my front door step. In fact, I suppose they purposely delivered my parcel to the wrong house because they sent me a photo of proof of delivery that did not even look like it was my house and then proceeded to end their investigation into the missing delivery case.
I eventually contacted the team at Carpe a day after the missing parcel delivery, and they were able to provide me with suggestions on where to look for the missing parcel, such as the community mailbox, etc. My parcel was nowhere to be found, so they were really kind enough to process a free replacement of the items I ordered, but this time I had requested them to deliver using a different shipping partner and a different Canadian final mile carrier, which they agreed to.
And today, I received the replacement parcel one day before the expected delivery date, which was awesome. I did not expect this kind of issue to happen to me with a delivery carrier, as with other delivery carriers, I never had any problems receiving parcels.
Also, I would like to mention that the hand antiperspirant and the face wipes I received today worked instantly the first time, which is great.
